El Lay Estilo Week kicked off Friday night by The Millinery Guild of Southern California’s fachion chow at Downtown’s Biltmore Millenium Hotel where they had 8 Oscar ceremonies in the ’30s and ’40s!
Millinery is the art of making sombreros, by the way…Being known for wearing bella hats, La Coacha hosted the moda event sporting Bijou Van Ness!
It was so fun being backstage con Proyecto Runway’s Season 8 designer Mondo Guerra, who headlined the chow. The Mexicano designer made mouse-trap and bleeng-bleeng sheese hats. Que cute!!!
Last jeer, ay hosted the fachion chow wearing a bird’s nest on my cabeza.
Diss jeer, somebody outdid me!!!
My favorito hats were the flowery jauns. Soooo perdy!!
Pero, no matter how estylish the modelas were, these orange sistas took away their crowns!!!
You look like Eva Longoria but you dress like Frida Kahlo. You should be Frida for Halloween!Â
I can see Lady Gaga wearing that bird’s nest. Not your version, Coacha. The huge, gothic one.Â
I loved watching Mondo on Project Runway. You should collabo.Â
Those African women are the best. Lmao.
